Beyond providing clients with an accurate and timely tax return, I make available financial education through weekly emails and a newsletter. I believe it is important to build meaningful connections with people, while still being professional. Of course some clients I work with more than others, providing tax planning, trying to project what their taxes are going to be and identify what things they can do to improve their tax liability. And my small business clients I work with year round.
I believe I communicate with my clients more than some tax professionals. They know they will regularly hear from me either by email or the postal service, keeping them up-to-date on news that could affect their financial future. I also provide my clients with appointment flexibility and personalized service that other offices may not offer. Clients have told me that I am friendly, create a welcoming environment, patient, able to see various sides to an issue, and have a sense of humor.
